With over 20 years in the people profession, I have come to believe that somewhere along the way we lost our spark maybe we’re too process-heavy, too cautious and with not enough expertise in human behaviour. I am on a mission to change this and make the profession impactful, progressive and genuinely loved again.
 

Stepping out of employment to build a business that fills a real gap has taken me on a powerful journey of discovery. I have designed a focused menu of services that not only draws on my experience, but more importantly aligns with my energy, curiosity and passion.
 

My approach blends a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour with experience in senior HR leadership gained at Chanel, Tesco and M&S, alongside a deep interest in modern, disruptive ways of working. The result is a distinctive, forward-thinking offer that delivers real change.
 

My training in the fundamentals of ADHD enables me to apply compassionate, habit-building strategies that strengthen executive functioning for ADHDers and non-ADHDers alike.
