I have a solid foundation in senior HR leadership at Chanel, Tesco and M&S but now I’m evermore concluding that as a profession, we have lost our way slightly! So I’m on a mission to change that and make the People expert profession, loved again!
Having come out of employment to design a business that fills a missing gap, I have been on an incredible journey of discovery. I have crafted a menu of services that not only plays to my expertise but more importantly to my energy and passion!
I bring a scientific perspective and formula that will help you achieve the very best outcomes. A warm and personable relationship builder, I am known as a fun, grounded and intelligent partner and I can’t wait to roll up my sleeves and work with you!

No one told me how difficult it would be to decide on a name for my business! A name that is vaguely in tune with my approach and who I am but also a name that successfully groups together, what I do!
I had lots of funny, interesting name ideas but eventually settled on the rather simple (boring even!) “The Inside Track”.
Why?
Being on the Inside Track is an advantage; it’s the quickest and easiest route to get to your desired destination. It is a simple name and that’s how I like things, simple and doable.
“Inside” represents a cosy safe space. More deeply what is going on inside you as a human being will determine your experience of being you – how you feel, how you act and how you show up to others.
A track is an uneven pathway which with a bit of work becomes more and more navigable and in the context of neural science, I work with you to build these pathways to create life changing habits and see real progress
