You pay a retainer based on the price model below.  This will give you a normal number of hours per month (with high flexibility) and how we use it will vary and depend on your specific and changeable needs. It might be entirely spent in a consultation and coaching format or it might be spent on deeply strategic HR advice.  Additionally, I provide on demand support throughout the month to support on the unexpected whenever you need.

I prefer to meet in person for the majority of our time together (location permitting) but ad hoc support can be given over the phone or on video call.
