Executive interview preparation for senior leaders
Candidate Advisory is a personalised service for executives navigating their next career move, often alongside demanding roles and high expectations.
I work closely with you to strengthen how you present your experience, judgement and leadership impact throughout the selection processes. The focus is not on rehearsed answers, but on clarity, presence and confidence in how you tell your story.
Our work begins with a deep exploration of your experience, strengths and the context of the role you are pursuing. From there, I help you shape a compelling and authentic narrative that reflects who you are as a leader and what you bring.
Where appropriate, I recreate the selection environment as closely as possible. Drawing on detailed research into the organisation and role, I design and run a full interview simulation that mirrors the likely experience, followed by focused feedback to refine your approach.
Support can be tailored to your needs, from preparation for a single interview through to support across a full recruitment process.
My approach is particularly effective for senior leaders with ADHD or other forms of neurodiversity, ensuring preparation builds on your strengths, working style and natural ways of thinking rather than forcing a generic model.
